Having worked for global agencies in London, Miami, New York, and São Paulo - Ronald Mincheff has 30 years of experience in communications and management. Throughout his career he specialized in corporate communications, crisis management and strategic planning.
He is active in global communication collectives such as Fluid and Britebirch, which combined with his multicultural background and expertise, offers an ideal mix of experience to carry out global and regional projects in different industry segments.
Ronald has received several awards for programs developed at Talquimy. He participated in multiple international communications festivals and served as a juror at the Cannes International Festival of Creativity and Sabre Awards.
Ronald earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Florida and is fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
Fábio Siqueira has more than 20 years of experience in developing strategies and creating communications programs for companies and organizations. With a master’s degree in Intelligence Technologies and Digital Design, he works in an integrated manner, using innovation to build brand stories.
Fábio brings an entrepreneurial background to Talquimy, with experiences that range from consolidating the digital practice at a global agency, to creating businesses in the communications sector. His collaborative nature enables dynamic team building, discovering and engaging talents with different skills.
With a passion for developing young professionals, Fábio teaches Branded Content courses for university students. He also researches disinformation and has participated in academic publications on the subject in Brazil and abroad.
Fábio has experience producing music and cinema and has utilized those skills at multiple festivals across those categories. Merging different practices and being fluid in creative, planning, data and technology, offers the right mix to carry out multidisciplinary programs across different industry segments.
